- Claims for damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Documentation Requirements for Replacements and Refunds:
- For replacements and refunds, you need to provide unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing defects.
- Original packaging images are also required.
Responsibility for Lost Packages:
- If a claim for a lost package is submitted after 7 days, you will bear the charges.
Exchange or Return Policy for Size Discrepancies:
- Exchange or return for products with size discrepancies, not due to defects, will be handled from your expense by placing a new order.
Size Discrepancy Verification:
- To address size discrepancies, you need to provide images of the product along with size measurements for verification by the production team.
Unboxing Process and Damaged Packages:
- Kindly encourage to unbox packages carefully.
- Refunding for damage caused during the opening process will not be possible without an unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
- If damage is noticed on the package upon receipt, you are advised to mention it in the remarks while signing to aid in claiming a refund from the courier service.

Change of Address Policy
Shipping is confirmed by the courier company based on the zip code/pin-code entered during the order placement. Consequently, it’s important to note that an order may be shipped with an incorrect address if the provided information is inaccurate.

If the Order is LIVE :
If the order status is LIVE , you can still update the address by emailing us or taking action against the order directly. Please provide the correct address details along with the order ID.
